This case study focuses on the first 2024 release, which enhances user experiences by providing seamless access to guidance, recommendations, and automation tools.

My Role

As a UX Designer, I led the end-to-end design process for Airo™ Assistance. My responsibilities included:

Conducting user research to uncover pain points and opportunities.

Running usability testing sessions and iterating based on user feedback.

Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI to ensure a seamless experience.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to refine the assistant’s functionality.

The Challenge was to design an integrated assistant that simplifies workflows while maintaining contextual relevance.

My approach combined user research, seamless integration, and iterative testing to create a frictionless experience for users.

User-Centric Design:

Conducted user research to understand pain points in task management.

Developed personas, such as "Eden," a business owner leveraging Airo to grow her venture.

Seamless Integration Across Surfaces:

Designed Airo to be embedded within the venture dashboard for contextual guidance.

Provided AI-driven recommendations, including ready-made logos and product listing assistance.

Iterative Prototyping & Testing:

Created wireframes and prototypes to validate user interactions.

Conducted usability tests to refine the assistant’s ability to predict and suggest relevant actions.
